Roma Pain Days (#RPD-5)

Not Only Science

Welcome letter

You are kindly invited to the Roma Pain Days 2025 (#RPD-5). This congress is more and more appreciated and is becoming a well-established cultural and educational tradition. Considering the success of the last edition, with around 2000 participants, the Fondazione Paolo Procacci Executive Board has decided to organize it again. It will be on April 10-12, 2025, in a new venue, the Shangri-la Hotel. As for the previous editions, in 2025, the congress will be hybrid to guarantee the possibility of professional growth to Colleagues not having the possibility to join the in-presence event in Roma.

The scientific program will be increasingly intriguing. One of the Congress Center rooms will be fully dedicated to “Meet-the-Expert” (MtE) sessions, during which one of the Members of the faculty will provide a presentation and open a discussion with the participants, in order to make any concepts clear. Hence, the congress will be more interactive with the audience proactively participating in disseminating updated scientific knowledge. Of course, the “Experts” will be scientific personalities highly recognized at the international level for the impact of their research. The Scientific Program Committee (SPC) is already convinced that this initiative will be highly appreciated by the participants, both in presence and online. The Fondazione Paolo Procacci is more than happy to offer the optimal platform of confrontation to the Colleagues willing to have an open discussion with real experts and acquire the knowledge to increase their clinical skills.

As for the previous editions, the auditorium will be partially dedicated to the sponsored sessions. Anyone is conscious of how important such sessions are for the ethical diffusion of essential messages for better therapy, especially in pain patients. The program will be thrilling, as in the past, and the organizers are more than sure of the scientific success of the congress.

Paolo Procacci Foundation is grateful to all the Members of the Scientific Committee, the Local Organizing Committee, and the international and extended network that is appreciating the initiative, but especially it is grateful to all the Sponsors. With their support, the diffusion of new scientific advancements in Pain Medicine is much easier.

We are excited to meet you, either in person or online, on the occasion #RPD-5.
